Are 18 years or older
Have been a Legal Permanent Resident for five (5) years; or three (3) years if married to a U.S. Citizen
*Participants understand that the while the legal services provided at this event will be FREE, ALL applicants are responsible for their own individual filing fee payments to USCIS or submitting the required Fee Waiver application.
